You read blog posts (I appreciate it), books, and watch Youtube videos. But have you heard of podcasts?
What are podcasts?
A podcast is a digital audio file made available on the internet for downloading to a computer or mobile device, typically available as a series, new installments of which can be received by subscribers automatically.- Dictionary.com
Where do you get podcasts from?
There are a ton of ways to listen to podcasts but the most popular platforms are iTunes, Google Play, Sticher and more. CLICK HERE for a big list of podcast apps. You might not know if but phones usually come with the podcast apps installed right on them!
Why Podcasts are perfect for anyone in the beauty biz industry.
•The majority are FREE! Some do have “commercials” or “exclusive episodes you can buy, but almost every single episode is free.
•Access to quality content from industry experts. Podcasts are hosted by people in the industry who want to help you learn from their successes and mistakes.
•Increased productivity. You can run, drive or even fold laundry while listening to a podcast
•There is a podcast on every single topic out there. I subscribe to hundreds.
